The Project Rebound Center for Hope and Redemption (CHR) is a beacon of hope for individuals impacted by mass incarceration, dedicated to empowering them and amplifying their voices in the pursuit of justice. Through a multidimensional approach that integrates research, exhibits, events, programming, and community initiatives, CHR aims to effect positive change and foster a culture of redemption and empowerment.
To achieve our ambitious goals for 2024, we need your support. Your contribution will enable us to:
- Increase Staffing at the Center – Hire a program coordinator to actualize the mission and values of the Center of Hope and Redemption
- Establishment of the CHR Advisory Board - Reaching out to scholars and activists who believe in transformative justice, the Center for Hope and Redemption will establish an advisory board to support with leadership and vision.
- Establish a Civic Engagement and Community Leadership Program - Through the Project Rebound Leadership Academy, we will continue to repair the torn fabric of democracy that disenfranchises people with carceral experiences and provide access to the democratic process through civic engagement and leadership.
- Connect with other Transformative Justice Centers - Through partnership and collaboration, we will work closely with programs across the U.S. that share the same mission and abolitionist principles.
Join us in our journey to bring hope, redemption, and transformative justice to communities impacted by mass incarceration.
