The Larry Horn Legacy Scholarship is funded by the family and friends of Dr. Larry Horn to honor his memory as an educator for over 50 years. Scholarships are awarded to students that have overcome any challenges in their lives and have shown commitment to furthering their education, working towards achieving their career goals and making meaningful changes in their community.
With your help, we can continue Dr. Horn’s legacy and provide a worthy Titan with a $500 scholarship within the Human Services (HUSR) fields of interests. We know many HUSR students are non-traditional students who have overcome numerous barriers, often times this is why they have selected the helping field as a profession.
Our students are dedicated to giving back to numerous underserved communities, including former foster youth, formerly incarcerated, those with addictions and more. We are so proud of our students and want to support them through their own "2nd chance" journeys and with your donation we can do just that!
