The Chicano/Latino Faculty and Staff Association (CLFSA) at CSUF raises funds to support culturally affirming programs, professional development, and student-centered initiatives that promote educational equity, leadership, and community empowerment. Donations help sustain mentorship programs, scholarships, leadership workshops, cultural events, and professional growth opportunities for Chicanx/Latinx students, faculty, and staff.
