The Diversity Initiatives and Resource Centers (DIRC) at Cal State Fullerton provides inclusive spaces that foster a sense of belonging for students of diverse identities and champion student success across campus. We are home to eight identity-based resource centers including the African American Resource Center, the Asian and Pacific American Resource Center, the Latinx Community Resource Center, the Losquadro Keller LGBTQ Center, the Titan Dreamers Resource Center, the Women’s Resource Center, the upcoming Southwest Asian and North African Resource Center, and the Native American and Indigenous Resource Center.
Support DIRC as we launch a new Leadership Institute that will empower CSUF students to explore their identities as leaders with leadership development programming that is rooted in identity, culture, and social justice. The Institute will incorporate culturally relevant curriculum and project-based learning to help students of diverse identities take away skills and learnings that will be relevant to their communities and personal journeys. Your donations will be used for logistics, supplies, speaker honorariums, and student stipends to ensure that all students can take the time to focus on the institute, regardless of financial need. All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin are welcome at DIRC.
