The Native American and Indigenous Resource Center (NAIRC) mission is to promote the success of Native American and Indigenous students at CSUF. The NAIRC will enhance Native and Indigenous student belonging, learning and engagement by promoting the value of cultural traditions and honoring the contributions of Native and Indigenous people.
The inaugural NAIRC Resource Center is now open! Culturally relevant decor, furniture, and materials were purchased and now the space is used daily by numerous students. All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin are welcome at NAIRC.
Your support will directly impact Native American and Indigenous students at CSUF in the form of scholarships and academic travel grants. Funds will also be used directly toward culturally relevant programs such as Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Native American Heritage Month, Earth Day, Two-Spirit Storytelling, and the annual Native American and Indigenous Cultural Recognition Ceremony for graduating students.
