The Latinx Community Resource Center (LCRC) focuses on creating a sense of belonging for Latinx students on campus while educating, highlighting, and uplifting Latino/a/x and Chicano/a/x voices. We strive to provide a learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and the community that is inclusive and fosters connection. We work to promote the history and culture of our community and enhance the servingness of our Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin are welcome at LCRC.
Your support will assist the LCRC in delivering services, programs, and resources that will create opportunities to further our students' academic success, career readiness, and identity development. We also look to you for support to continue to host the largest Recognition Celebration, Nuestra Graduación, where Latinx students are honored and recognized in the company of their family and friends. The graduates receive stoles that honor La Comunidad Latina, and the guests and attendees enjoy beautiful, culturally relevant performances and speakers. Help us continue to honor the accomplishments of our graduating Latinx students.
