I Am First Program

The I Am First program equips first-generation college students with the confidence, self-awareness, and career readiness knowledge to jumpstart into a successful journey towards achieving career and leadership development. This program provides a network of support for our Titans - building them as leaders and difference makers even beyond the program conclusion. 

With your donation you can continue to provide I Am First students important resources that help them through their academic and professional careers including:

  • A strengths-based assessment and overview to help identify your strengths
  • Access to an alumni mentors
  • 1-1 Coaching sessions with a program Career Coach
  • Scholarships for first-generation students in the program
