If the Arboretum reaches 100 donors a generous supporter of the Arboretum will donate $1,000!
The Fullerton Arboretum is a 26-acre botanical garden that serves students, faculty and the broader community as an urban oasis, an outdoor laboratory for research and environmental education, and a steward of worldwide plant conservation and regional agricultural heritage. Accredited as a Level IV Arboretum, CSUF is in an elite group of just seven universities in the world to have an arboretum with this highest accreditation.
This year, donor contributions will be used to sow seeds for the "Fullerton Flower Field," a wide variety of flowers in CSUF signature colors of blue, white and orange. Our goal is to have a field of school spirit in time for Commencement in May, making a beautiful photo op for our 2022 graduates! Red poppies should bloom later in May in honor of the historical connection of this flower with Memorial Day. A variety of different flowers will bloom throughout the summer and into fall as our first crop is completing its’ lifecycle and orange marigolds begin blooming for Dia de los Muertos in November.
Be a part of making this colorful, natural beauty happen!
