The Women's Leadership Program (WLP) is a unique, year-long opportunity for students in the College of Business and Economics. The program includes a series of seven workshops focused on key leadership skills and overcoming barriers in the workplace. The participants also receive six one-on-one professional coaching sessions.
The program has doubled in size over the last two years and funds raised will help expand this innovative program to even more students next year. With your gift today, the WLP can provide students with vital skills to handle difficult situations and prepare Titans to stand out and succeed in a competitive job market.
All eligible students are encouraged to apply. WLP does not consider sex, gender or any other protected status as part of the application and selection process.
