The Department of Human Communications Studies at CSUF provides students with an understanding of communication processes in a culturally diverse society. Building a strong foundation of theory in its degree programs, each program gives its students the experience they need in applying theory in a variety of contexts. Knowledge and skills are developed in the classroom through the use of case study methodology and other learning strategies and through internship experiences, which allow students to apply their knowledge and skills in their eventual work settings.
With many of our Titans coming from low-income households or as first-generation students, scholarship support is vital their success. When you make a gift to support Human Communications scholarships, your contributions go directly to highly deserving students - elevating their potential and paving the way to their success.
Thanks to contributions from Irene Matz and Tara Suwinyattichaiporn you can maximize the impact of your gift. A bonus gift of $600 will be unlocked when 15 or more donations are made to the Human Communications department.
