The Woodwinds Program in the School of Music at Cal State Fullerton offers a rich variety of performance opportunities for students on flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon or saxophone, at both the bachelor’s and master’s level. Talented students receive a specialized yet comprehensive education, with private applied lessons and performances in diverse ensembles—wind symphony, symphonic winds, orchestra, jazz bands and combos, and chamber ensembles—with world-class faculty and guest artists from the professional music world.
School of Music serves a diverse group of talented students including those from underserved, low-income families, offering them a high-quality professional education. Woodwind graduates have careers in education and professional performance groups.
Donations to the Woodwind Program will go directly to scholarships for our students. Your support will directly benefit our talented students through scholarships, which will alleviate the financial burden many of them face on a daily basis, allowing them to focus on the development of their artform.
