The Roy Lopez Military Obstacle Course is the only ARMY-grade Obstacle Course in Orange County. The course provides the CSUF Cadets and cadre the necessary military standard equipment to conduct physical training exercises required to pass various tests, qualify for special forces programs, and continue fitness for the armed forces. Physical training exercises and testing also help determine the ranking of the ROTC battalion compared to other University battalions.
Contributions for the Roy Lopez Military Obstacle Course will allow the ROTC to install three new pull-up bar stations that will enable the battalion to effectively conduct the Army Combat Fitness Test while adhering to COVID-19 mitigation procedures.
