Cal State Fullerton’s Masters of Science in Instructional Design and Technology (MSIDT) Scholarships are funded jointly by the MSIDT faculty and Alumni Association to recognize notable academic achievement and leadership by currently enrolled MSIDT students.
There are currently over 300 alumni representing 50 different professional business/corporate areas who graduated from the MSIDT program. Professionals are working in the field of technology in education (kindergarten through higher education), the military, and corporate settings.
The MSIDT program was launched in 2002 as one of the first fully online degree programs in the nation and was ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the best online program in 2020. Cal State Fullerton also won best online master's degree program in instructional design for value by OnlineCollege.org.
The program is a graduate-level degree program that has been serving industry professionals, P-12 educators, and technology developers and trainers since 2002. Graduates of the MSIDT degree program are making a meaningful impact in the lives of learners in the community.
The program also provides innovative learning opportunities for graduate students, which in turn impacts the learners in our community. It supports the alumni community by providing an annual instructional design conference focusing on emerging technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and the inclusion of innovative content to support the next generation of instructional designers through hands-on instructional development experiences.
Scholarship support can make a tremendous difference to current MSIDT students. Investing in the MSIDT scholarships will contribute to positive outcomes for our students and alumni!
Thank you to Dr. JoAnn Carter-Wells for contributing $1,500 to be matched dollar for dollar to MSIDT Scholarships!
