Computational & Applied Mathematics

Led by Cal State Fullerton’s Outstanding Professor of the Year, Dr. Sam Behseta, the Center for Computational and Applied Mathematics (CCAM) serves to encourage and facilitate research, education and outreach in computational research in science and mathematics through interdisciplinary collaborations of a diverse group of faculty, students and external partners.

With CSUF’s focus to bring access and equity to the students, CCAM is working to create educational opportunities to Titan students of all disciplines who will work in a world full of data and grow their skill sets beyond their rigorous degree studies.

Since most CSUF students cannot afford to take private classes to learn the foundations of data science, your gift can provide Titans with fellowship stipends to participate in our free data science bootcamp and learn basic data science skills.

All donations will be directed to cover the costs of implementing the data science bootcamp and fulfill our mission of supporting student success. Thank you for helping provide this unique learning opportunity to any Titan student from all disciplines!
