Fullerton Arboretum

When the Arboretum reaches 200 donors, a $25,000 gift will be unlocked thanks to a generous donor! Celebrating along the way with us. $5,000 of the gift will be unlocked every 40 donors!

The Fullerton Arboretum is a 26-acre botanical garden that serves students, faculty and the broader community as an urban oasis, an outdoor laboratory for research and environmental education, and a steward of worldwide plant conservation and regional agricultural heritage. Accredited as a Level IV Arboretum, CSUF is in an elite group of just seven universities in the world to have an arboretum with this highest accreditation.

This year, donor contributions will be used to bring back our beloved "Spectacular Sunflower Field." We will be doing two crops of sunflowers this year, 32 varieties in total. The spring display of color will feature 20 varieties with varying sizes, colors and shapes and then 12 new varieties will be blooming by summer. A bonus this year will be cut flower bouquets will be available as the sunflowers begin to bloom.

We love the visual beauty this brings to the Arboretum, but your gifts can help further the longevity and upkeep of our field. Your gifts will fund perimeter fencing, additional irrigation supplies and interpretive signage - all of which help maintain this colorful, natural beauty at work!
