“Because of my scholarship I was able to buy myself a computer that was appropriate for my engineering major. I am currently collaborating with Edwards Lifesciences on my senior design project, and the desktop I bought with the scholarship has greatly helped me on my design. The project I am working on involves the improvement of heart valves. My goal is to go into the medical device industry, and thanks to Alumni Association’s contribution I am one step close to achieving my goal.”
