Diversity Initiatives & Resource Centers (DIRC) empowers, educates, and engages students and the Titan community through co-curricular learning. We provide support for students to expand their cultural competence and identity development. We are home to five identity-based resource centers (African America, Asian Pacific American, Chicana/Chicano, LGBTQ, and Titan Dreamers Resource Center).
Your support will assist DIRC in creating brave learning and community building opportunities for student who identify with our centers. It will also open new opportunities to expand co-curricular learning to a larger subset of students on campus through cultural competency education and social justice trainings. Together, we can continue to center the experiences of our Titans with historically marginalized identities, break down barriers in accessing higher education, and transform the Titan experience.
