IBII at CSUF is a cross-campus and community-minded initiative to institutionalize the support and inclusion of Black people, culture, creative arts, and intellectual history at California State University, Fullerton and throughout Orange County. This institute facilitates innovative research opportunities and publications; provide mentorship and student engagement; and showcases creative arts performances; partner with community stakeholders to host events that develop cultural competency. We focus on collaboration to highlight the beauty of the Black diaspora both on campus and beyond the walls of academia to help students, staff, faculty, and the broader community be seen as their complete and full selves.
As we change the narrative of historical and contemporary marginalization with conversations and community uplift, IBII needs your support to take our influence to the next level! Your donations will invest in the important work IBII is doing on campus. Funds will help support our Kwanzaa Brunch to connect and celebrate the voices of our community. It will also support future research and internship opportunities to help our students be competitive in the marketplace of skills and ideas.
By investing in IBII, you help us continue to champion underrepresented voices, foster academic excellence, and create lasting connections within and beyond our campus.
